For Kaitlyn, horses are more than a passion—they are a devotion that began at age 14. As the proud owner of two wonderful geldings, Nautilus ("Nate") and Hamilton Z, she has always believed that exceptional daily care is the foundation of a happy horse. Her deep bond with Nate, and her dedication to managing his unique wellness needs, opened her eyes to how she could help other horse lovers. Inspired by the joy her own horses bring her, Kaitlyn joined the ETS team to help create safe, accessible, and effective therapeutic solutions. Today, she is proud to translate her firsthand experience into innovative tools that prioritize equine comfort and give every horse the highest quality of life.

Driven by a deep, lifelong love for horses, Kami Thomas grew up competing in Western disciplines across Tennessee and is currently pursuing a degree in Equine Exercise Physiology at Middle Tennessee State University. At ETS, she works to bridge the gap between academic research and everyday care by developing practical, effective wellness routines. Utilizing gait and posture analysis, Kami studies movement patterns to ensure ETS therapies support a horse's natural flexibility, blending her focus on injury prevention with real-world data to advance equipment that keeps these beloved animals sound, comfortable, and happy.

Addy, our newest addition to the team, came at an vita time when we were gathering a lot of movement data. We are excited that she will be an engineering student at Villanova University and hope she will keep working with ETS remotely! Addy has excellent equine experience and has owned and shown horses for 16 years. She competed her horse Berlin in the hunter/jumper discipline. Addy loves math, physics, and has a passion for putting those skills to use for good. At ETS, she works in product development and does data analysis both internally and out in the field. Addy is thrilled to be a part of the ETS team and its drive to improve, simplify, and make accessible efficient and effective horse care for the equestrian industry.
