As a trainer and barn manager of a large show barn in Tennessee, as well as a horse owner herself, Cat has unique insight into what it takes to help horses feel their best and the dedicated work required to achieve it. Her background spans Western, dressage, and hunter-jumper disciplines, giving her a diverse, well-rounded perspective on equine wellness. Cat's philosophy is simple: the health and happiness of the horse come first. Drawing on her demanding daily routine, she advocates for the end-user—ensuring that ETS designs are straightforward, reliable, and easy to implement in a busy barn environment.

Eduardo brings over 25 years of elite hunter/jumper experience, driven by a lifelong love for horses and their well-being. A gifted horseman and rider, he has managed operations with up to 300 horses, matching his deep passion for equine care with his expertise as a top show groom and his knowledge of equine health. Combining an engineering mindset and a great understanding of farriery, Eduardo provides important feedback on ETS designs. His helps ensure that our equipment is user friendly, safe and delivers the ultimate comfort for the beloved horses under his care.

With over 15 years in the hunter/jumper disciplines, Weesie’s decorated career is rooted in profound love and unwavering dedication to her horses. While she has earned top national honors, her true passion is discovering innovative approaches to training and daily horse care. Weesie’s unique perspective as an owner, trainer and show jumper helps ETS create designs which are useful for keeping performance horses feeling well throughout their lives. Weesie blends her competitive insight with her devotion to animal welfare to support our mission to enhance the comfort and health of the equine athletes she loves.
